SHIPPING METHODS
We ship from NJ.
Standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage - usually 3-5 days on average for most domestic shipments.
Faster shipping methods are available - you can select those options that best suits your need in checkout.
PROCESSING TIMES
Standard processing time: 1-3 days.
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need, you can opt for one of the RUSH options which will incur an extra fee and it'll be processed within 1 day. (this does not apply to weekends/holidays. Weekends include orders placed after 12PM Est Friday- All RUSH orders placed after 12PM est on Friday will ship out the following non holiday Monday)
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
Once your order is placed, your order is immediately sent to production so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.
We guarantee our personalized products to be free of errors or product defects. If there is an error with your order, we will replace it after viewing a photo from you to show the issue you are having. (Please reach out to initiate this process at ameliasexpressions@gmail.com)
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at ameliasexpressions@gmail.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production. NOTE: Amelia's Expressions also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for content and/or material.
RETURN/REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our business, all items are made-to-order or custom made.
OUR ITEMS are not returnable. If there is any error on the order we are happy to review the error with provided photo by customer. If we find we were at fault, we will replace the item at no charge to the customer.
MISSING ITEMS
If your order is reported to us with missing an item, please reach out with your concern. Please know all packages are double checked and weighed prior to shipping to the exact lb/oz for accuracy. We reserve the right to refuse replacement if we feel an item was correctly included in your package after proper review of all information available.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with tracking which is our only way to know where your order is and when it is delivered. If your order is lost or tracking is stalled, we will reach out to shipping provider to investigate. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will reship your items after the mandated timeframe dictated by the shipping provider has passed. (this varies with all shipping methods but is usually 15 days)
Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen world circumstance that may affect us or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding.
We are not liable for issues on orders with tracking marked as delivered. If you have an issue with an item that was marked delivered, please contact the shipping company as they have ways to locate accurate delivery history. We cannot do this on your behalf.
We suggest, if mail theft is something you are very concerned about, it's best to opt for signature delivery or use an address that you know someone will be able to receive the item promptly.
The above is something we stand by and no exceptions can be made. Please know all mail hubs use GPS and know exactly where they scan the package for delivery. You can work with your local post office to determine if the package was mis-delivered at your convenience. Please know insuring your package will not protect you if the package is marked delivered.
